Football picks for the 2008 regular season NFL games will not be available until the start of week 4 as the software I have written to predict and tip the winning teams, requires at least three weeks of football statistics to produce high quality results.
I have backtested the software for the first three weeks of the 2005 and 2006 NFL season, using pre-season statistics, however the results are not reliable. This is probably due to the fact that many teams do not put foward full strenght teams for the pre-season matches, thereby skewing the statistics the model relys on.
